2. Create an AI Chatbot from Website

• Log into Elephant AI 

• Choose a method to train your chatbot. A variety of options are available to train the AI chatbot.

• Go to ‘Website’. Insert your website URL into the ‘Crawl’ box and click ‘Fetch Links’. This will search the entire website and crawl all the available relevant links.

• Once all the links have been fetched, click ‘Create Chatbot’.

• Give your chatbot a name and upload a logo.

  Tip: Match the Name & Logo with your website branding.

  

• Wait a few moments for the chatbot to be ready. It will train itself automatically.

  

• Chat with the chatbot to test its output.

  

3. Add Chatbot to the Website

• After testing, it’s time to connect the chatbot to your website. Elephant AI offers a variety of connection methods.

  

• You can add the ‘Embedded’ code directly to your website, or use one of the available integrations.

  Shopify and WordPress integrations are available for all users, while additional integrations are accessible for premium users only.

  

4. Modify the Chatbot

• Go to Settings to update the chatbot.

  

• Navigate to ‘AI’ to change or write a new prompt for the chatbot.
