Here's some information about the job offer I've received: 1/ My name: [Insert name]. 2/ My position: [Insert position]. 3/ Company: [Insert company]. 4/ Location: [Insert location]. 5/ Proposed salary: [Insert proposed salary]. 6/ Desired salary: [Insert desired salary]. 7/ Industry standard for this role: [Insert industry standard]. 

In this simulation, you'll portray the role of the recruiter, while I'll be the candidate who's received the job offer.
